When I was 20, in 1980..lol..I decided to take a course in Aromatherapy & massage…I think at that time I only took the course because I was the only Male in the class…lol..

Anger management: Bergamot, Jasmine, Orange, Ylang, Ylang.

Anxiety: Bergamot,Cedarwood, Geranium,

Confidence; Grapefruit, Jasmine

Minor depression; Frankensense, Lemon, Mandarin.

Fatigue, Exhaustion, Run down;..Cypress, Black Pepper, Ginger, Sandelwood.

Fear: Chamomile, Orange,Lemon,

Happiness; Bergamot, Rose, Ylang, Ylang..
