Another componant is completion , if you say you are going to do something committ to it & DO IT. Be it cooking dinner for somebody ,meeting someone, doing the decorating, finishing that novel .etc ..the more you complete what you say you will do, the more this affirms & reinforces your inner power.

As usual here is a personal example of this in action.

When I started this particular blogsite 3 months ago, I said I put a donations button on here when I reached 50 followers, it did not matter to me how long this would take, I was committed.

So my beautiful freinds here it is .lol. A commitment is a commitment , so never commit or say you will do anything unless you intend to,& then do it…your personal inner power is reflected in your thoughts,words,deeds & actions
